Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Products must be returned with original packaging.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Used or damaged products caused by improper use

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.
